Responsibilities

  • Receives and validates all incoming engineering documents, manuals, or specifications from third party vendors.
  • Coordinates with vendors for corrections to submittals or drawings where information is not present.
  • Enters drawings and drawing revisions into Adept Document Management System.
  • Distributes drawings to project team after document entry
  • Serves as Master Administrator for the Adept Document Management System. This task includes supporting system upgrades and coordinating services by third parties in conjunction with IT roles.
  • Enrolls new users in Adept Document Management System. Reviews and approves permission and access levels. Maintains user list and periodically adjusts access and user accounts as required.
  • Trains and supports Local Administrators of the document management system. Provides remote support when needed to local administrators (Plant).
  • Supports internal standard management and review processes.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent, Associate’s Degree in Information Technology or Business
  • 1-2 Years in a Business, Document Management, or Quality role
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Good written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to lift 10-20lbs is required.
