• Processes shipping documents for orders received from Sales Office via the sales order entry system. Advises Terminal Supervisors of loading requirements in order to maintain shipping schedule.
• Processes rail and truck bills of lading, checks and processes bills of lading on truck shipments, prepares and transmits information on rail shipments via the sales order system.
• Creates and edits B.O.L.; sends to railroad via internet access using ShipCSX online.
• Maintains liaison with the Sales Office and Terminal Office as required for exchange of information.
• Maintains Terminal Inventory.
• Prepares daily inventory report for Distribution.
• Prepares monthly broken bag report. Checks sacked cement weights reports and figures average weight per bad of cement for month.
• Prepares monthly report of shipments, listing types of cement, sack or bulk, number of rail and truck shipments and totals of all shipments for the month.
• Continues self-improvement activities especially in the area of shipping, customer service and sales order entry systems.
• Oversee Purchase bag products for all terminals.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Demonstrated ability to deal with a wide range of personnel
• Ability to input data into a computer and use word processing program
• Good communication skills
• Good logic and mathematical skills
• Good Organization skills

Physical Requirements:

• Physical-Light physical exertion. Some walking and climbing of stairs.
• Hearing-Moderate ability. Must be able to communicate face to face, communicate by telephone and participate in meetings.
• Speaking-Must be able to speak clearly and loudly enough to be heard and understood in ordinary conversation.
• Extremities-Must be capable of arm, hand and finger manipulation without visual control.
