Responsibilities

  • Administer and support Microsoft 365 services including but not limited to: SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, OneDrive, Teams, and Intune.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute business process efficiency gains.
  • Implement and maintain security and compliance policies (DLP, MFA, Conditional Access, etc.).
  • Monitor system performance and usage to identify potential issues and areas for improvement.
  • Provide end-user support and training for Microsoft 365 tools.
  • Maintain documentation of configurations, procedures, and system changes.
  • Stay current on Microsoft 365 updates, features, and best practices.
  • Assist with incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
  • Manage user accounts, licenses, security groups, and mailboxes.
  • Monitor and maintain Microsoft 365 backup environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Microsoft certifications such as MS-102 (Microsoft 365 Administrator), AZ-104, or MS-700 are a plus.
  • 2–4+ years of hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Strong understanding of SharePoint Online, Microsoft Exchange, and Teams administration.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 security, compliance, and governance features.
  • Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and configuration tasks.
  • Knowledge of endpoint management via Intune is preferred.
